Red Ark Laboratories LLC (a Japan-registered godo kaisha (limited liability company), doing business internationally as Red Ark Laboratories LLC) provides infrastructure, MSP, security assessment, and software-related services. Detailed service terms used for customers contracting under Japanese law are published in Japanese. Those Japanese originals control for Japan-governed engagements unless we sign a separate English agreement with you.
This English version is provided for convenience for international readers. For contracts and regulatory matters governed by Japanese law, the Japanese originals prevail unless we execute a separate English agreement with you.
For U.S. & International Customers
Customers outside Japan—or Japan customers who negotiate an English package—typically receive English order forms, statements of work, and/or master service agreements (MSAs) as mutually negotiated. Those executed English documents define scope, fees, liability, confidentiality, data handling, and termination for that engagement.
Until an English order form or MSA is executed, website marketing materials and this hub are informational only and do not create a binding services contract.
Engagement Principles (Summary)
Regardless of language of the contract, our commercial relationships generally reflect these principles:
- └Written scope and acceptance criteria before material work begins
- └Fees, taxes, and payment timing stated in the order form or invoice schedule
- └Confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to the service (assessments, MSP, development)
- └Customer cooperation (access, contacts, change windows) required for delivery
- └Limitation of liability and warranty language tailored in the signed agreement—not implied by this summary
- └Compliance with our policies on privacy, acceptable conduct, and restricted parties
