These Terms cover the text, images, logos, code, configuration examples, log-style presentations, and other materials that make up the Site. They do not replace separate contracts, order forms, or service agreements for our paid offerings. If you purchase or subscribe to a service, the applicable agreement controls that engagement.

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the content on the Site, including articles, photographs, illustrations, marks, design, and software expressions. Where third-party rights are involved, we will note that where practicable.

You may browse the Site for personal, informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content beyond fair use or other rights recognized under applicable law, without our prior written permission (email is acceptable). The Site is operated from Japan. These Terms and disputes relating to the Site are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law. Subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that may apply where you live, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Osaka, Japan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.

If we enter into a separate English-language master agreement or order form with you for services, that agreement's governing-law and venue clauses control that engagement.

These Terms take effect when this page is published. First published: August 3, 2026. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
