Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses this corporate website.
Red Ark Laboratories LLC (レッドアークラボラトリーズ合同会社; a Japan-registered godo kaisha (limited liability company), doing business internationally as Red Ark Laboratories LLC; "we," "us," or "our") operates the corporate website at https://corp.rals.space (the "Site") to publish information about our business and technology services. Our principal place of business is in Osaka, Japan. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
This English version is provided for convenience for international readers. For contracts and regulatory matters governed by Japanese law, the Japanese originals prevail unless we execute a separate English agreement with you.
Scope
These Terms cover the text, images, logos, code, configuration examples, log-style presentations, and other materials that make up the Site. They do not replace separate contracts, order forms, or service agreements for our paid offerings. If you purchase or subscribe to a service, the applicable agreement controls that engagement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the content on the Site, including articles, photographs, illustrations, marks, design, and software expressions. Where third-party rights are involved, we will note that where practicable.
You may browse the Site for personal, informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content beyond fair use or other rights recognized under applicable law, without our prior written permission (email is acceptable). For software and open-source licensing practices, see our Software & Open Source Licensing page.
Linking to the Site
We welcome links to the Site. Please link to the homepage when possible: https://corp.rals.space.
Please do not link from sites that:
- └Defame or unfairly disparage us or third parties
- └Infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights
- └Monetize access to our content as a paid information product
- └Frame or inline our pages in a way that misrepresents affiliation or ownership
We generally do not accept reciprocal link-exchange requests from the Site to third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on Site content, or for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site. Service names, specifications, team descriptions, and contact details may change without notice. URLs and paths may also change for operational reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer protections where they apply).
Governing Law & Venue
The Site is operated from Japan. These Terms and disputes relating to the Site are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law. Subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that may apply where you live, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Osaka, Japan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
If we enter into a separate English-language master agreement or order form with you for services, that agreement's governing-law and venue clauses control that engagement.
Cookies & Third-Party Transmissions
Cookies and similar identifiers may be transmitted to third parties for content delivery (for example, embedded video). See Third-Party Cookies & Data Transmission and our Privacy Policy.
Changes
These Terms take effect when this page is published. First published: August 3, 2026. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
