The world we live in is more unstable and complex than ever. Red Ark Laboratories (RALS) is a technology collective rooted in resilience—survival and recovery under extreme conditions. We cultivate digital infrastructure (a digital soil) that delivers everyday confidence in peacetime and toughness when crisis hits.

1. Our Origin: Prepper Philosophy and Digital Soil

Behind Red Ark Laboratories is the lived experience of our CEO, Shuhei Nojima, as a prepper—someone who prepares for disasters and emergencies. Confronted early with earthquakes and global tension, and with the reality that ordinary life can vanish overnight, he has pursued a lasting question: how do we support survival and recovery when systems are pushed to the edge?

Through research into food production and water security inside shelters, we became convinced of one foundation: every advance in knowledge and technology—and every bond between people—depends on resilient information and communications infrastructure.

With Technology and Fraternity as twin wheels, we build autonomous digital soil that keeps society moving, no matter what it faces.

Drawing on years of infrastructure design and operations expertise, we deliver software, hardware, and managed services as one stack. Building on our track record training educational institutions, we are also advancing an ecosystem to develop the next generation of engineers.

Engineering Platform “RALS”

A next-generation platform that centrally manages and controls an organization’s digital assets—devices, cloud, human resources, intelligence gathering, and more.

  • Authentication: An authentication platform combining email OTP, NFC cards, device authentication, and location. Built in-house without depending on external identity SaaS, and embeddable in any application. (RALS PASS)
  • Multi-layer storage: Storage at the layers you need—block storage, object storage, and online storage as a data landing zone. (RALS DATA)
  • Site hosting: A high-speed publishing hub inside RALS. For modern web stacks such as Next.js, deliver and operate sites securely with our own edge caching and DDoS defenses—without being locked into external SaaS constraints. (RALS SITE)
  • Server management: Unified resource monitoring across environments via our lightweight, in-house agent. Data backup supported.

Server Monitoring & Operations Outsourcing (RALS MSP)

Security Vulnerability Assessment (RALS Cyber-Physical Intelligence)

We provide regular risk assessments that serve as a “health checkup” for your systems.

Cross-review assessment model: Multiple in-house senior security analysts apply rigorous mutual review. Scope spans web application testing through advanced Cyber-Physical Pentests that reach isolated environments (IoT and physical layers)—always under written authorization and a defined engagement scope.

Hardware Product Development

We develop in-house hardware and our own OS, “rCORE,” for organizations returning from pure cloud to on-premises environments they can control.

From the power-efficient edge server “RS-E1000P” to the high-precision time server “RN-100” that supplies accurate reference time even when cut off from external networks, we manufacture and sell standalone (autonomous) systems with exceptional cost performance.

Engineer Talent Development (in progress; partially under development)

We are advancing a school project to train world-class engineers and security professionals.

Building on advanced technical instruction developed with vocational schools and other institutions, we are designing a unique curriculum and roadmap: programming and networking; hazardous-materials handling and amateur radio (physical/chemical layers); offensive security skills; and pathways toward Computer Science master’s and doctoral degrees in partnership with the U.S. online university University of the People and graduate institutions.

3. Our Future: Global Governance Across Three Phases

Establish “RALS” as a secure, autonomous platform in the digital world and grow a strong user community.

Phase 2

Underground Nation

Build shelter-style autonomous data centers and research incubation facilities—physical backup sites insulated from external disruption.

Phase 3

Space Nation

Lift the autonomous infrastructure technologies honed on Earth into space, opening frontiers for sustained human habitation and prosperity.

We advance these strategies through our Japanese entity, Red Ark Laboratories LLC (a long-term hub for technology and IP R&D), managing regulatory and geopolitical risk with precision—lawfully and cleanly.
